A enemy general had the trait kindergarten, it says that a player should never see it, what is up with that?

The count for that trait (Education) starts at 10 and then goes down every turn. Not sure why that showed up - apparently a calculation error from the author. Theoretically you will only see that trait at the time when the character comes of age.
