No platoon fire/fire by file for empire v1.6

I have removed platoon fire from the game.Elite units will use fire by rank when you have researched it. There is a mod like this by Radious but that does not always work in v1.6.Extract the .rar first then put the .pack file in your data folder and add [mod "No_platoon_fire.pack";] in your user.empire_script.txt without the [].

hi tell me as i want to mod DMUC to do this, what i ant is to edit so that most line units and grenediers can skirmish to get the first to ranks to fire only instead of fire by rank. What file do i need to look at in pfm_ to be able to do this. I know about adjusting the stats in db_ true false etc...

First of all ss4rafi thank you for this amazing mod. I know it's an old thread but just wished to kindly point out that platoon fire still exists for Britain's the "Royal Welch Fusiliers" unit if you do wish to update the mod.
