CTD Issue

Just downloaded the mod and it seems like everything loaded properly since I can get to the game and play it for like the first 3 turns but after that its like anything I do like try to advance the turn or attack an enemy army or anything makes it ctd, at first I thought maybe it was related to playing as athens but it does it as any faction I play, any help would be appreciated

This just in, it seems the only error must be in my brain but sadly there is no patch for that, in my hurry to play the mod I neglected to notice my rome total war was only 1.3 so to sum up, I'm an idiot
