Every time i try to go to the lord's teamspeak to talk with allies its puts me in the Canadian public teamspeak. Is this a known issue and does anybody have a solution.

Does it ask you for a port number?2059?

The server address is:
Vs2.tserverhq.com port 2059 password 1815
It Should get you there unless you are making a mistake.
Make sure you have TS3 and not TS2 installed.

Ok,put the port number immediately after the address you should be fine.
