Upload all saves ? So that everyone can see if one move is suspicious.
But the saves are uploaded at the end so that players don't use them to help make better moves in their campaign. There should be an end date when the competition ends and the saves must be uploaded.

People who will cheat should just stay away. I don't want to play with cheaters, and neither does anyone else.
We can use Jiub's idea, uploading all saves at the end in a catalogue. Also, pictures of battles, etc would be great.
