There is a hidden unit skin/model as well for carthage. It uses the same hexagonal shield as the cav if I recall correctly. I'm not sure if it is in that pack or not, but it is in vanilla.

There are also Webbirds carthaginians that are just a reskin of the default models so change less that mms carthagininas, but use mms skins as a basis so are still very good.
