RSII MP Revolution

Hello RSII multiplayer community

Right now while im typing this EB "Europa Barborum" has 9 players online on hamachi. While RSII has got 1 player online. The RSII MP Communtiy is dead hamachi servers have become maxed out with offline people. But there is still players out there who want to have RSII Multiplayer battles, so we are taking a lesson from the EB communtiy and getting the MP side of RSII some tender,love and care by:

-Hopefully getting a RSII website up and running purely for MP purposes, it will hopefully look like this http://www.ebonline.tk/

-Making 1 public hamachi server for all players to use,and purging that server,or network, of offline players to make room for other players.

-Thankfully Galvanized Iron, Hellhound1,and Apple have already done such a great job on the technical side of the RSII MP such as getting the EDU well-balanced and posting easy installers for the community.

We are just trying to give RSII some of the Pros EB has such as a well- cared for Multiplayer Experience.

We will post the website and the hammachi network as soon as we get them done.

P.S i know what your thinking, no im not crazy constantly reffering to myself as we. By we i mean Me,Vartan, |Sith|2|Lazyo, and we would'nt say no to help from Galvanized Iron or Hellhound1.

The website for EB looks sweet! they have monthly tourneys and everything there! If the RSII community got something like this, i might have to start practicing some of my strategies again

Corrected that for you. RS2 deserves to carve its own unique path in this great journey.

Its a good idea, i constantly forget to purge the hamachi networks due to other things

Corrected that for you. RS2 deserves to carve its own unique path in this great journey.

I completely agree, let it make itself and not copy EB. Because it's not EB

which is what me and & GI worked so hard towards.

Also, update for those that care, in 2.2 multiplayer will be fixed in the actual launcher, so no need for my version (although it'll still work

)

I of course fully support this move, I can't program websites, but if you need anything written for it or something looked into regarding the EDU please let me know

I thought you already had a webmaster in stormrage?
