It is 1919, in the USA. Prohibition is about to be passed. Will you rise through the ranks to rule the city of New Burnside, or will you be left on top of a boxcar full of bullet holes?

Also, here are some descriptions of the different districts and a few points of interest.
The River District – factories, warehouses, and The Bridge. Outlined in brown.
The Seaside District – Site of hotels and other tourist-related businesses (museums, water parks, arcades, etc.), all along the coast of the city. Outlined in purple.
The Docks – Located not far from the Seaside District. Hundreds of ships come in and out of here every day. Also includes a lot of factories and industrial warehouses. Outlined in orange.
The Financial District – Located south of the River District, site of sky-scrapers, banks, and that old-time capitalism. Outlined in bluish-gray.
The Shopping District – Located south of the Financial District. Mostly contains shops, stores, and restaurants. Outlined in pink.
The Park District – Located across from Main Park. A collection of apartments for the upper-class residents of the city, as well as the local football stadium and baseball diamond. Outlined in light green.
Anything in dark green – Parks
The Outskirts – Residential district for the less well-off residents of the city. Not as bad as the slums, but certainly not as good as the Park District. Outlined in red.
The Slums –Where the lowest of the low live. The least safe areas of the entire city. Outlined in blue.
