    Icon9 Trouble installing

Hi, before I go any further in this post I need you to know that I am not the shiniest coin in the coffer.

I've been wanting to try this mod out, but I just cant figure out how to install it. I've been putting the download from the ikko updated mod into my shogun2 total war data folder(steam/steamapps/common/shogun2/data).

The way I've been reading how to install it theres two different files, yet I'm only getting one.
I'm sure I'm just overlooking some obvious thing because I've installed a good amount of mods from this site.

    Any help?
    thanks.

You need 7zip to unpack the installation file. Get it here: http://www.7-zip.org/

    Hi guys =]

I downloaded 7zip, but I'm unable to install or do anything with it to the .pack files.
Could you please instruct me how to install the .pack files? I'm kind of useless when it comes to these kind of things.

    Thanks!

The pack files go into the data folder and that's about it.

mm great, but when I move it to the data folder, the game crashes.
    Maybe I'm missing something else??

    Thanks =]

Edit: btw I don't have the Ikko-Ikki add-on, maybe that's why the game collapses?

Technically, it might be... if it isn't unfortunately I don't know why you have ctd.
Only yarkis can tell at this point.

Yea it's unfortunate, it seems like a really good mod.
Let's hope he replies sometime soon if he gets the chance =]

    Thanks for the help anyways

Well, it isn't the Ikko-Ikki DLC, or lack thereof, that causes the CTD. My brother plays TROM without having the DLC and it works just fine.

Perhaps you have conflicting mods installed? Try to do TROM with a clean data folder and you should do just fine like everybody else

    Hey, sorry for the delay.

I was unable to run it, and it's the only mod/add-on I have.
The game just crashes while loading.

    It's unfortunate.

That's odd. Can you attach a pic with your data folder?
