Those are not turks tho.
I think the turks are green and these are Alhomands(I spelled it wrong but I think you know what I mean)
But they do look nice tho and so does the city in the background.

I think they are egyption because the banner in the back was the same color as the one MTW(gold) the alhomands were orange not gold. they look good hope they repersent the islamic lands even with the christions.

That banner looks orange to me.
That is a wicked looking fortress in the background! looks like 2 rings of walls, plus the keep. Sieging is gonna be so much better than RTW.

Yes I think there Moors/Almovarids(sp?), the checkerboard pattern on there shields seems to suggest that. Check out the guys in the far back though, they look like some elite spearmen unit.
And that city in the background looks sweet! Its like the fortified castles in MTW mixed with the urban metropolii in RTW.

Love the sky as well, looks really dramatic. I wonder when will they make good looking banners that flap realistically in the wind? Don´t really like the square ones that seem to be made of some hard material. Nice find!

No, they're Ayyubids, I'm sure. They seem to have the Egyptian banner. Though they may well be Almoravids, I suppose.
