    Default Less burglarlike Uesugi Kenshin

I'd like to make a humble request to any retexturing adept.
The look of the Uesugi Daimyo always bothered me.
His black headcloth makes him look like a pseudo-shinobi instead of a buddhist monk.
Would it be possible to recolour/retexture his headcloth into a white one?

Here's a reference picture from the movie Ten to chi to (Heaven and Earth)

    Thanks in advance!

    Yes, this is possible.

But it would also affect the armors of normal soldiers.

IRC, the change to white headcloth would result in white armors, so if you want to have it, you have to live with these consequences.

You mean by changing the RGB values of the faction colours?
What about editing the texture itself? Do you know where i can find it?
Then i'll start a gimp attempt myself...

If somebody say me how to change his head to noble head 5 instead of 4 in campaign and custom battle I will be grateful

I keep my notes of the colour changes I've made in hex format, have temporarily lost access to an image editing program due to having reinstall the whole OS because of PC problems and need to rush off to work the whole day very soon, but maybe you can figure out the RGB values for those hex codes yourself with the info given here: http://www.december.com/html/spec/colorcodes.html. You can test any of the codes for the brighter end of the spectrum for black and white shades for the headcowl/armor there.

If my notes and memory are correct, the codes with the result as shown in that pic is: armor C9C9C9, clothing 404040, details 4F2F4F.

    Have a nice day.

Thank you very much Demokritos! +rep
I've figured out the color codes by simple copy & paste, combined with the good old search function.

    For those interested:

In the table faction_uniform_colours first three values (R,G,B 1) are for the armour colour, the second (R,G,B 2) for the clothing and the last (R,G,B 3) for the details.

The colour codes for demokritos sample post mentioned earlier in this thread are.

    1. 201,201,201 2. 64,64,64 3. 79,47,79

Glad that you got it working, Wundwolf.

But remember that you can try other colour values from that site which may have a better result for the soldiers' armor and still look OK for Kenshin's headcowl. My example was just an attempt to address this headgear
problem while sticking to Danborg's concept of this clan. If you abandon this concept, more possibilities arise.

Now that I know how it works, it will certainly not be my last tweak.
I went for a Anthracite coloured details instead of purple. As for the look of the armour, I'm not really sure if I keep or change it...

Yeah I would like that as well.
Is there any way to do this or can't we change daimyo models at the moment?

I think I've managed to make Uesugi Kenshin less burglar-like (without any perceivable drawback) in the new 45e or 50f editions of ACC.

I would prefer to see him in proper armor because he only started using that headcloth in 1570s.
