My final compilation of proposal points:

1) Crandar was on US time - so that means the elected Crandar will come on about 3 pm European time on Friday and make a first post
2) By then Sim has already resigned and possibly Sel also
3) Crandar thanks Archer and Justinian for inviting him back to replace the departed consuls, takes a pot shot a the "people that betrayed me and soiled my good and hard earned name"
4) Crandar starts moderating and is awarded a temporary Praetorship by Archer
5) Crandar closes the Babes thread and the Posts a Learning Disabilities thread in the Ethos and Mores
6) Let it run a bit
7) Crandar replies to the confusion and assures that he has only good intentions for TWC, to make it the most learned and scholarly forum on the web
8) More discussion
9) Lusted resigns
10) Crandar posts a list of 11 or so members to be Ostrakoned (will update a list of members who should be able to take the joke.... but it definitelly should include H&G, Lucius Vorenus, Squeakus Maximus, Omnipotent Q, Kanaric, Solid, Rzzza)
