Custom Clan Mod

Id love for a smart person to create a custom clan mod where a user could get this mod and create there own playable clan with whatever they choose.

1.The logo they pick
2.The advantages they get for there clan (restricted to an appropriate amount)
3.Start Position
4.Religion Preference (Chosen from the Officially Available)


Is it possible ? Can someone please explain why not if it isnt please ?

no they cant ....Appearantly this site is sponsored by CA and they wont do anything that can effect thier next versions of this series ! such as adding a clan in single player mode (imagawa,ikka ikko,..etc) , those features are downloadable via steam or whatever and they wanna make money by you buying them. making costum clan on single player mode ,on the hand,is going to be either an update/patch and you pay for it or a feature in there new version (Rome 2 :Total war ,or whatever).
