I don't need FULLY functional, close enough is good enough. To run a full strength French Corps at battalion level you need 1 officer, 36 infantry, 4 cavalry, 9 artillery batteries. That adds up to 50 units. It also adds up to AWSOME!!! How is it done?
edit to add: There is another problem that needs to be resolved. The limits on how many line (not elite) units you can build. Russia is allowed only 6 Oplchenie and only a few grenadier units. There were about 20 oplchenie battalions at Borodino and probably 40 grenadier battalions. A single Russian infantry corps needs 8 battalions of jagers. All the limits on non-elite units need to come off. And THEN we need to resolve the unit costs.

Well, these pictures must be stored someplace in some kind of graphic format: jpg;gif;tig. Does anyone know where they are stored?

All what you need is in this rar.
I use HxD hexeditor.
You can load the org. and the mod.file and click analysis and you find out easily what i have done.
I have a lot of more stuff i will upload it in 2 or 3 days.

For noobs like me I would like to one of you guys to post a small guide on how to add this mod to NTW please:-)
And can I use already existing savegames or?
Speaking only on the game save alteration; logic tells me that any game save can be altered this way if the number change is higher, but might glitch or CTD if the number change is lower. Reason indicates the campaign should have a conflict if any AI or player army contains more units than the number permitted.
Now with Albtraum's tweak included, all we need to really make this work is an alteration of unit costs so that more historically large forces can be fielded without bankrupting economies.

Played with he mod for some time now, and its awesome, huge battles, but sadly army cost is way to big. I've noticed a bug/issue in battle. Sometimes the unit cards disappears.. anyone else noticed this? even though there should be room for the additional unit cards they sometime gets removed after selecting them or grouping them with other units. Otherwise it works very well:-)
