I began an new campaign with Stannis's House, declared my self as king of Dragonstone
It's stupid, I know, but I haven't known that I can declare myself as a king so far. I thought there's no such option in Alpha! How can I do it? I can't find it anywhere.

Only certain factions can claim kingship though. Joffrey, renly stannis, stark and greyjoy can. Martell, Tyrell, Arryn, Dorne and Tully can't.

Well, it's written in the victory conditions and Triumphator said that in one of his game, a king abdicated. Does anyone know for sure which conditions must be fulfilled to force a king to abdicate ?

I think there`s a separate export_desc_names file or something. Not really sure, just look around. The names certainly won`t be hidden in the unit description or in the building description file.

    Thanks mate!

Can i find the "name list" for possible random names for a faction in the same file?! I know Velaryon is a joffry possible name..but is Eon a possible first name?! Id like a Eon Velaryon in there...and the possibility to get a boy named eon later too
You have a names.txt file file in the text folder which is a list of all names in the game, add Eon to there. Then in the data folder you have a list of all the names by faction, just add Eon to first names under the Joffrey sub section.

And the descr_strat file is in world, maps, campaign, imperial campaign. Whenever you make any changes in there delete the map.rwm file that is somewhere in the world folders.

Do you guys know where the loading screen art came from? Those images may be the single best examples of "fan art" I've seen, and this is coming from somebody who thinks that the overriding majority of fan art is terrible. Please tell me you're sticking with those for 1.0?
