I have a question for you scripters. I want to include women and the faith in my mod. Could i use the agents to supplement non warriors, similar to Grima in TATW or the Green Seer in KORAH? Would the agent be faction specific or would it be that all factions would have that agent? And can there be different variations of one agent?

If I remember right Grima Wormtongue in TATW is a faction specific only Isengard has Grima.

Hoping my questions haven't been asked for so far, but here goes.
1. Will Arya and Sansa Stark have a role ingame?
2. Will the Valyrian Greatswords be usable in battle by a general, or will they just be ancillaries in game?

Will the Valyrian Greatsword Ice still be Ice, or will it be melted and made into Oathkeeper and its sister blade in 1.0? And will there be an option to reclaim it outside of fighting, perhaps through diplomacy?

1 - probably not.
2 - only ancillaries, you can't change the battle models so easily...
3 - Ancillaries are currently WIP, the files being re-done from scratch (too messy)

Is there any chance in later incarnations (not 1.0) that House Bolton will be included as a playable faction, as a vassal to the Starks who can choose to rebel when "the time is right?"

From what I know, Bolton will not be made into a faction in 1.0, but might be an emergent faction in later releases. Also, you may have noticed submods in development for time periods such as Robert's Rebellio, and at the end of Dance with Dragons, again these may be made into submods compatible with 1.0.

Neither in 1.0. Boltons may be an emergent faction later on .

I installed the game, and started a campagin with the Lannisters, but on my family tree Jaime doesn't appear as the son of Tywin. Why is that?

It's probably because he was in the Kingsguard and therefor unable to become heir of Casterly Rock.

I don't know what it is. The Starks are the only major faction that doesn't come across as a bag of dicks yet I love how brutal and ruthless the Boltons are.

And Stannis. I forgot about ol' Iron Stannis. His claim is the only legitimate one.
