Deployable Bamboo Stakes - updated for new Sengoku Jidai, TROM units etc

This small mod enables all bow and matchlock infantry to deploy defensive stakes; thus providing an extra level of protection against cavalry charges.

This is great, deployable stakes are one of my favorite historical battlefield tactics. Don't know why they were left out, either. Thank the Maker for modders like you!

how effective are they aganist calvary? are they M2TW effective or more like NTW?
does the BAI try to avoid it at all?
maybe an option for some of the elite archers (monks, samurai) to use stakes too?

@ialyxxiieee - Not sure what you mean by a cover bonus? Once deployed any cavalry unit (friend or foe) will receive heavy casualties when charging onto them.
There great for creating long defensive belts or protecting your flanks against enemy cavalry attacks.

@aion2006 - No that's not me, just my mod being reposted. I don't mind, if you translate what I think is Russian then I have been given credit for it lol

@Rumpullpus - Very effective against cavalry. If I had to guess I would probably say more like NTW but you would have to test to find out for certain.
I have not seen the AI try to avoid these stakes, however I think that is a feature that has never been implemented in any Total War game to date
(correct me if I'm wrong) again more testing needed. On your last point this particular mod (last time I checked) granted the ability archer
and musket troops, including elite units. There is a chance the most recent updates have messed up the mod, let me know if that's the case.

Lastly on the "pencil" issue, a long sharpened wooden stake does look like a pencil - please accept this lol

However if your referring to a texture problem then I have noticed that on some maps they have a wooden colour as opposed to a bamboo one.

It's cheating for enemy cavalry... They are blind, not me... Can you add bamboo straw wall -from historical solo quick battle too- instead pikes -because straw wall is not cheating? Or two separated mini mods compatible together + one merge?

bambo wall is already in the game....... and the stakes are destroyed when the cavalry hit them so i dont think its too much for the AI to handle.

I didnt notice any problems using DMS, AUM and this. Only played for a few hours tho but the stakes deployed and Takaeda cavalry got murdered by it. Zing.
