Night battles in the darthm od campagin

Iam just wondering is this mod enables night battles in the campagin i know its avaible in custom campagin, but does your general need research or a trait to become a night battle figther. I dont remember this being in the original game does anyone know if it is possible.

Needs lvl 3 night figther, same in vainilla.

Hojo daimyo starts with night fighter trait, i think there are other generals for other factions that also start with it, but its generally something you have to unlock with the generals RPG system. its available at level 2
