It's by the Cause Belli Team, headed up by Xwhyzed: (who so graciously allowed it's inclusion)

The goal of Causa Belli is to make minor nations more fun to play.
It merges many unit packs together in order to give them better unit rosters.

You should change manormars mod for "Spain mod" by POM, I think personally it´s the best mod about the spanish faction in ETW and the most historically accurated one!

that file is 90% of the installer

which links did you use?

I'll try to verify the downloads but my internet at home is bouncing like crazy (I uploaded from another location (work) with much better internet than my home)

well I got one from megaupload and one from file factory and the rest from mediafire

I got to 98% before it messed up so I am just going to redownload the ones I got from megaupload and file factory on mediafire. Will be sure to let you know how it turns out

EDIT: I got to 100% and it's extracting now. I'd check the megaupload or filefactory for the issue when they were all from mediafire it worked fine.

I have considered it and may in the future but unfortunetly I've run out time for this project at the moment. I have to finish up the Napoleon Total Combat Demo (small project, for now...) and then finish the American Revolution Mod (huge project, needs to be complete rebuilt, AGAIN! ...sigh...) and there's my Rock-n-Roll band, we've got party we've got to play soon and then there this club that wants us to play, exams to study for, life's constant BS, blah, blah, blah, lol.... You get the point!
