How to stop religion cornversion in city??

I wanted to be a christian clan so i can use European Cannons.....and much cheaper matchlock ashigaru...
Is there a mod when i convert to christian my province wont convert at all???Or is there a mod to remove Religious Unrest....and Dishounorable Daimyo...?
