Simply install it - they don't interfere with each other. I have 'em both, and tons of other mods.

I'll tell you why.


If you have Barbarian Invasion installed, you'll see that it has created its own folder inside your RTW folder (it's called BI). Mods work the same; they're more or less like the BI and Alex expansions

Some mods, however, like RSII, can't be installed next to others. For those, I suggest you copy your whole RTW directory and paste it into a map called, I don't know, RSII. You can then install RSII there.
