What about the prussian needle gun? In use since 1848
Of course not, though some made their way to other nations, because of spys which took some during the 1848 revolution.

shokh be quick mate.i cannot wait for version 2.
Well i would but as you may heard - Hinkel had given the ACW mod lead to me.
So for the next time there will be a patch who fix some the small number of issues and then for the next scenario we have to wait. ACW 3.0 will be the next stage, but then BEIC again in my planing.
nice mod! tried it few days ago....looking forward to further development.
Great project.When will it release?

Charge! Nobel Light Brigade. Brave 600.
Well for the next nearer time, there are no hands free for this project as ACW need all the attention.

Regarding the Crimean War, I'd disinclude Greece from the Russian alliance and make it a swing state. Historically, this was during a time of major schism between the Greeks that favored Russia and the Greeks that looked towards the West, and while the Allies did blockade Piraeus and a handful of Greeks did volunteer for the Russians, the rest were neutral. I would imagine a more likely result would be the Nationality parties (the British, French, and Russian parties) causing a civil war along with the Bavarian royals.
The others were fairly solid Russian allies/proxies in the Balkans, but the Greeks should be vulnerable to influence from both sides, with anything from a Russian alliance to somebody imitating Cavour.
