its definitely balance issues, the seljuks of rum seem to be just pushovers for the romans and a speedbumb in their path like armenia. Meh my campaign maps usually end up the same unless the seljuks make some incredible feat and conquer up through ezurum and also syria. This happens 1/20 campaigns maybe.
