    If i would earlier came here and start making attention i think this mod would be finished hehe
    Maybe i will do this myself,because in Panzers(if anyone played them) the partisans use their native language. Its great and funny

    I think it's great to see that you have a lot of ideas, but lets queue this up for the end, the more important stuff should be first done (Units and Script) and then we will see with that voices. Even EB has not finished all planed voice mods, for example the Punic one is still not out, and they have 10 times more team members then we have and they are working i think 4 or 3 years on it.

    guys we really don't have the time or the resources to do the voices right now. so dont expect to do it ourselves. if there is a good 3rd party addon with voices we can ask for permission and add it to the mod.

    Guys, i will try to translate polish voices to bosnian. If i wont be able to do this, which voices will each factions use?(please give to bosnian mongol LOL) hehe

    we're not focused on voices for now. As romano said, it is not priority for v1.0, but if you can record any voice for these faction, you will help ttw team work faster. So if you speak any language of these faction that we're working on, please try to help us with recording it.

    yeah but question is WHAT language. modern bosnian won't do. you need medieval variant.

    LoL how do we know how they sounded 700 years ago?
    English faction in MTW2 speaks modern english. Only bad ass voice is adeed

    Old Church-Slavonic (Old-Bulgarian) is maybe not easy, but definitely possible - I know some people who study Old-Bulgarian in the uni and there's obviously enough materials for that, although rare for non-specialists. So it would be quite difficult to find people who can speak it, can be good as voice actors and have good enough technology (mic, software etc.) at disposal.

    Well, software is not such a problem. A friend of mine is a professional music producer.

    To reproduce those sounds (by an actor) isnt so much difficult neither, but to find someone who is capable to write those sounds and words down, is kind of a problem right now.

    Can we propose any titles and traits here and maybe somebody of you will select those ones that they fit to this mod? Characters with many different traits and titles are much more interesting.

    I'm not a coder nor one of the lead team designers, I wouldn't use these two suggestions for two reasons:
    a) Invading armies only disrupted the economic life for a small amount of time unless they devastated the region. For instance, a Tatar raid destroying everything in its path is already pretty-well represented by the sacking of a city by the enemy. An enemy randomly walking through the countryside won't produce a significant economic disadvantage. The main thing behind "scorched earth" was to let logistics play a part of the game.

    b) I wouldn't do it for allied armies simply because it would rarely be used and you also wouldn't have much control over it. The AI doesn't accept diplomatic deals about "military access" to their provinces very often, and when they do come on your land there's no way to tell them to leave short of declaring war. Overall the M2:TW diplomacy engine is not advanced enough to have this implemented properly.

    If we're interested in throwing something in with 1.0 there is a voice pack with Chivalry: Total War for Rome: Total War. In it the Western factions give orders in medieval Latin and the Eastern Orthodox factions speak some form of Slavic or Slavonic language. If we want to do a WIP thing we could use those files.

    The problem I have is that even though we could do Slavonic and Latin, that wasn't what generals were using to speak to common soldiers.

    What about titles for priests and imams : grand mufti o ottoman muslims, chief of serbian orthodox church,... the best priest or imam should have this trait.
    Or for diplomats, for example,if one bosnian diplomat work a lot with the hungarians, he should receive a title ambassador for hungary, or something like that?
