RULES

You have 24h to play the turn
After 24 hours your turn will be subbed. You may choose your sub or if viable i will sub you.
Player v Player battles must be auto resolved and screenies posted as proof.
Battles against AI may be fought on the battle map
All defeated armies are not allowed to move on the turn after they have been defeated, nor can they be attacked:
( Armies that are defeated in battle by a player that comes after them in the turn list may not move the following turn. This is to make it fair for people who are defeated by players that come before them in the turn list, and thus lose all their movement points
-Armies that are defeated in battle may not be attacked on the following turn, as they are banned from moving, either by the game mechanics or by the rule above. They must be allowed to move first, or must be reinforced. If the defeated army retreats to a settlement or fort, this rule does not apply )
No attacking ships inside a port. Similarly, you cannot leave a blocked port without fighting the enemy ships first.
No Merchant Stacks
No reloading turns. Penalty is straight ban!
Spies can open ONLY the forts gates. 2 spies are needed.
JIHAD - 1 army/faction , only the targered settlement.
You cant destroy any buildings .
Assassins may not kill Family Members!
No surrounding enemy armies with one unit stacks, solely to deny them a retreat.
Any regions that are gifted/sold/traded with another Faction must have all units bar one immediatly disbanded.
You must PM the next player when it becomes there turn. Repeated failure to do this simple task will result in an ingame fine.
Rules are subject to change and/or updating. It is each players responsibility to keep themselves upto date with the rules.

No, some of us know how to fix it permanently. Go to the file "bc_kingdoms.cfg". Check it's properties and make sure "read only" IS not checked. Open it in notepad or better-Notepad++. Under the section [game] there's a line that reads "micromanage_all_settlements = 0" change the zero to a one and save the file Problem solved.

thx for letting me know about this. its cool u are keeping the broken crescent campaigns alive Tavix. i certainly am enjoying the bc setting. if im getting the installation right im certainly in. not sure about the faction yet there are some i ve never tried before. probably giving on those a try. im checking them out when im having the installation straight

thats a cool title. giving me some freaky flashbacks. tho i guess Phonicsmonkey still got a copyright on that title on the other forum. are u planning on having the mongols somewhat involved there?
alright those flashbacks kinda made up my mind. im up for rajputs. had some good times with those


just checked out the 2.3 release thread and it looks like as if theres some changes to the factions especially the starting positions. and even the yellow rajputs are playbale now. so im checking them out when im having the installation done. but unless both of the rajput factions are somewhat slicked im sticking with on of those. depends on the starting position which im choosing lastly

Heh , thanks . Hmm , i wont modify anything , the mongols will arrive when they'll arrive . Also , dont forget the Kypchaks have a Khan too .

Which Rajputs ? The yellow ones ( Delhi ) are playable now , and the pink ones ofc .

EDIT : The yellow ones have 2 regions , the pink ones are the same .

I ust tried the campaign and there is A LOT of rebel regions in the middle of the map. THere is going to be HS action in india between those 3 factions, and there is going to be totally unrelated action in the line from tyrki to sudan. After a while ther ewill be some action in western central area with seljuks and oman and such. THere is going to be a LONG time before india factions reach the west. and by then a faction has already won. I vote we cut out the eastern part of the map to have fewer factions. Cutting a line from arabian bay to kaspian sea is best IMO
