Get "Windows cannot find kingdoms.exe" error when trying to start. What have I done wrong? Checked M2TW/Mods/..but there is no BC folder?!? All my other M2TW mods are there (DLV,PDER,etc.), all of which run fine..Where did I go wrong?

Amazingly well done mod! Superb playbalance. All of the nations I've tried so far (Georgia,Armenia,Crusaders,the 2 Rajputs) are entirely viable and provide good challenge, especially on higher strategic difficulty. Great job! Keep it comin'.

You actually picked the late era. To get all factions, select all eras. That should help you.

It's normal, your empire is in debt. You make good money each turn, and can get out of debt in something like 10 turns if you play your cards right. Several (maybe all) of the factions have gotten little challenges created for them at game start. The Ghurids have their main army precariously placed well behind enemy lines, with no siege weapons and not a single infantryman. The ERE is in decline, etc.
