guys, are you aware that the torrent for bc 2.3 isnt seeding? i got up to 99.6% yesterday, and its stuck there.
if anyone can, please seed and i promise to continue seeding for a while.

I'd hate to be that guy that always goes through trouble and lets everyone know but I'd love to play bc 2.3

I managed to download it finally, but every time I try to run the setup, my computer lags for a while and the setup for the game only appears in the task manager 'processes' but not a window at all.

I am running as computer administrator, and I've installed tons of games before, including bc 1.0.

If anyone knows what I need to do to get the game running please let me know, in the mean time I'm going to try downloading it in parts

Don´t stop the process. Depending on system it can take a few seconds to process all the data of the installer.

the process took more than a couple of seconds, like it would make my computer work for an indefinite amount of time, i waited a long time. and the browser would freeze.
anyway, this seems a bit funny to me, but the the download from megaupload could not be completed, tried to redownload it said "Invalid link
The file has been deleted because it was violating our Terms of service" :S what's in this file?

ok, i tried installing bc 1.0 and the black command window opens and closes instantly (even when running as admin). something is definatley wrong with my pc, if anyone knows what it is please be kind to enform me.

i tried installing bc 2.3. but it freezes i dont know why.. even when i right click the files (to run as admin, or change the security settings) it freezes as well.
moreover, clicking the links from mega upload are no longer valid.


the freezing does not take a few seconds, but it just stays there for a lot (i left it for 30-45 mins on one attempt)


I have the vanilla medieval total war II running fine with its patches needed.
But i'm facing trouble with all other mods and their installation, it seems the problem might be on my computer since I've managed to play bc 1.0 before on this same computer when it was released.


so what i'm asking is:
1) are the mega upload links invalid for you guys as well?
2) what is wrong with my computer? I play other games fine, but I cant run mods anymore :S

yea i got kingdoms installed too, with the patches required.

maybe the files are corrupt which is why i'm having trouble moving, copying and deleting them.. or hax x.x

Indeed, the megaupload link is dead.. that is the 2. time, that this happens.

I have no answer to your mods problem, maybe the installation files are corrupt or your system is messed up somehow - hard to judge from here.
You say, that you experienced the installation problems with other mods, too?

2.3 is a standalone version for kingdoms. The rest are for Vanilla.

Basically you just need to download and install 2.3
