    Default "Realistic Landscape" mod

    it mod is sequential and evolution "Realistic Tree mod", i still working about it,

    install: replace files in folder RTW\Data, then delete Data\world\map\base\map.rwm, and all files from folder Data\vegetation\sprites, and (optional) files canopy and edging from Data\vegetation\textures and all files from folder Data\vegetation\ (it`s all need delete)

    compatible withany version RTW or BI and any mod

    Does some of the landscape ever get in the way of the battle? Like obstructing units?

    Anyan, your mod looks so great, and I forgot what you said about how it works. Does it work for any map, and that you somehow changed the settings and made the game engine generate better ground? If so, please say again, how you got it to work.

    There was a realistic tree mod in the RTR forums:

    It works fine with rome 1.5

    a some obstructing units can have only in alpine climate, but is OK

    for the present i edit only two files: descr_vegetation.txt and descr_building_vegetation.txt, descr_vegetation.db create game automatically
    There was a realistic tree mod in the RTR forums:
    Not, it is new mod now and it have enough differences from "realistic tree mod"


    i change forest, more density than in vanila, but optimize for not very power computer or when very many peaple at the battlefield:







    and else i change vegetation in settlement to more beautiful:





    new bushes and stones you can see at previous posts.

    i still cant doing unique landscape for every climatic zone, but hope find solution for it

    the file is so small (<1MB), he can upload it in the first posting directly

    Can you upload your modified descr_vegetation.txt directly? I would like to have a look into it and i would like to include it into my next patch for my mod
