I got a problem in installing this mod. It says to install .NET v4

When I tried to install .net it got a fatal error in installation. I used .net cleanup tool, and tried again but still v4 doesnt install. Can someone please help me?

I got OS Win xp sp3
I got .net 1.1 & 2 installed

Please try the standalone installer of net4: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en...ng=en&id=17718
If SP3 is installed it should work if not any data is messed. I use ccleaner and wiseregistrycleaner to cleanup my system from time to time.

As I said again...there is error in installation. How about deleting all the previous .net version and then installing again?

Will it create probs?

Iīve looked into some forums and they say that some solved it by uninstalling all versions of framenetwork and the install the version 4. But some say they got it not working with that procedure, the needed to install windows new.

If you someone have the time to zip the beic folder and upload it, you can then play without framenetwork when you start the mod with the batfiles instead of the launcher.

Everytime I run the installer, it keeps telling me I have the incorrect version for my OS and tells me to check if I need a 32 bit or 64 bit version. I have the 64 bit version of Windows 7. How do I fix this?

the mod is great but i have a few questions to ask: is the campaign map supposed to be just india or the original empire total war map [america,europe,india] and when you select faction, are the other vanilla factions supposed to be shown, the vanilla flags when you are choosing faction have a soldier with a cross, is tht supposed to be there ??? and what do i need net framework for? other questions will be asked if i find any.

Beside the monarchs, itīs all as it should be. The framenet is part to use the launcher as like many other programs based on windows virtual studio.

Help me please. I tried all 3 download links and they either stopped at 14 percent or it says source file cannot be read. I'm pretty sure its not my internet cause i left it d-loading all night and it didn't move an inch. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Donīt know how to help you mate. Tried the ge.tt link and worked fine for me.
Maybe try to download with an other browser or deactivate your antivir in that time whenyou download over night.
Close all other tabs of the browser, deactivate the antivir and load it.
You can check the file after downloading before using it.

You may try another browser, are you using Internet Explorer?

i downloaded it then installed in right path but when ever i lunch the mod and it open Empire total war it crash why ? whats wrong ?
