Oh, great idea. Who care it's legal or not if i can play RNJ, as long as the mod "might" be released .
I'm pretty sure it's legal if the game is already installed... you already bought the game license for one copy... so the fact that you're still only using one copy makes it legit.
I'm really excited about this mod, RNJ team, this looks awesome! keep up the good work ^^ I've been watching for a while and you got me totally stoked. I'm a huge Japanese history buff and I'm glad this mod is gonna be so historically accurate--I saw some RNJ agents in the Samurai Archive forums ;D

hehe yes i did make a post over on the Samurai Archive forums i like people to enjoy a good mod i been into Samurai computer games for a long time the first one that got me hooked was lords of the rising sun for the AMIGA ;-) http://greggman.com/images/games/lor...sing%20sun.JPG

what the girl in lords of the rising sun yes you had to save her form a evil lord and i did then she wanted to marry me that game was fantastic for the time they should make it for the PC the Amiga was a bad ass little computer

just asking for a centralized spot maybe at the beginning of this thread that gets updates ooohhh say once a month on how much % is completed and maybe a breakdown of what has been done and what is left to be done. Just so its easier to find than reading a couple years of posts.
this is just a request and not meant to insult anyone (I have read a good chunk of the posts)
I love the work that I saw was done and really look forward to playing a completed version of the mod
those were great, I just meant a % section of what is done and whats in progress. The faction section is awesome and I look forward to experience the grand vision you guys have for this mod
I'm not a mod member but how exactly does donating a unit help with Ran no Jidai team workload?
If I was the mod leader I would not give single one unit to anybody expecially when it really does not help finishing the mod at all.
Ran no Jidai has everythign ready right from the units to the buildings, campaign map and ewerything. It's just a matter of getting all the peaces together and working well.
If you are a long time lurker as you said you would know this. Great deal of units have been made along time ago, so sharing units with others in the hope of getting some units for the team does not help at all if that is what you ment.
Edit: This is not for Arthum so don't get upset but I understand the teams point in this "when it's gonna be ready?" guestions totally. All the "long time lurkers" of this forum does allready know what the answer is and has the most time behind waiting patiently this mod and then some one comes from out of the blue saying -I have been waiting this mod forewer altough I have not posted here before and I am very pissed of about you not releasing yet and I wan't you to be banned from TWcenter community for not releasing and besides that you have been rude in these forums for eweryone.

Ewery single guy/girl that has been here for the past 6 months know what the answer for following guestions are.
-When is the release date?
-How much is ready?
-What is the team doing now?
-Why is it taking so long?
-What units are there?
-Is there films from the Shogun Totalwar?
-Is there music from STW?
-What factions there will be
-What kind of will the campaign be?
-Will there be historically realistic characters?
-Has someone from the team had a baby in the last few months?
What else.....?
I believe I made my point.

But is this mod dead.. I really hope it isn't but I've been browsing these threads and they date back to 2005. This mod looks great by the way.

I had the idea that this is either going to be an awesome mod or a mod that will never be finished.. So yea.. Once again this is not an insult in no way. Sorry if this offends anyone.. But all I am looking for is a yes or a no.. Possibly a release date
