Wow. Thank you I will maybe try to do something! Though I dont know when... I still did not use midnites shield patterns which he sent me. Perhaps it is time for new signatures

My first battle as the Romano British. Whilst attacking a settlement south of the Thames, the Saxons counter attacked with 4 bands of warriors. I stood my ground (very hard setting), and defended a hilltop. The result was victory and defeat for the Saxon foe with much carnage . They assaulted the hilltop 3 times but each time my army held, no running away this time. I think it's time to drive these wolves back into the sea

I'm having loads of fun in my Frisian campaign. I'm fighting off many Merovingian stacks but each time my spearmen hold long enough for the real flanking to occur.

The first pic is from the middle/end of a battle against three Merovingian stacks. My cavalry is about to make the decisive blow. Ended the battle with 1500+ taken prisoner.

Yup, last night. Didn't take any pictures because I was busy pulling an average victory from a crushing defeat. Those guys have all cavalry armies with lancers and horse archers. It's tough for my usual light spearman+general combo to deal with. Nearly lost two family members.

Some more pics from my Frisian campaign. Had a few more heroics against the Merovingians and made a lightning raid to take a Thuringian town! I may win this yet.
