      {Roman_Bucellarius}Elite Bucellarii Infantry
{Roman_Bucellarius_descr}Bucellarii is a term for a unit of soldiers in the late Roman and Byzantine empire, that were not supported by the state but rather by some individual such as a general or governor, in essence being his "household troops".
These units were generally quite small, but, especially during the many civil wars, they could grow to number several thousand men. In effect, the bucellarii were small private armies equipped and paid by wealthy influential people. After the Franks defeated the stronghold in Soissons they assimilated this unit. As such they were quite often better trained and equipped, not to mention motivated, than the regular soldiers of the time.

      Only a Frank Unit
      {Roman_Bucellarius1}Schola Infantry
{Roman_Bucellarius1_descr}These men are nobles of the Franks and called Optimates by the romans. These men form the comitatus, or sacred retinue around a Warlord or King. As such they are well equipped and trained. These men would usually could either form up in the front ranks of a warband or form the nucleus of any “reserve” body. This man in particular wears a mail shirt and a sword.

      -{Aux_Pal_Seniores}Auxilia Palatina Seniores
{Aux_Pal_Seniores_descr}These soldiers bear the shield of the Auxilia Palatina unit Mattiaci Iuniores, attached to the Palatine Legions, they are the elite of the elite palace guards, a special forces of the Roman Empire. They are armed with javelins and spears, forming a good anti-cavalry contingent for the much heavier troops.\n\nThe Legio Palatinae are not the same as the troops of the same name from before the military reforms of Constantine the Great and Diocletian. The Praetorian Guard was eventually disbanded, thanks to its habit of regularly murdering Emperors, and new forces were created to guard the palaces and persons of the royal family and these units are the cream of the crop of them. The 'Auxilia of the Palatine Hill' is made up of well trained provincial Romans, with about one in five being non-Roman 'barbarians'. While they are a 'court guard' they are also a practical force that is expected to go on campaign, not stand around looking good in over-polished armour! They can be relied on to fight hard in most circumstances

;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;Main changes: stats of all units
All recruit men replaces are now dependent upon the amount of attack/def/number of soldiers per unit/hit points, to allow IA 's mixed armies,
Some exceptions are fitted to levy units, or due to faction's bonus/malus.
Basic att. is 10 (knife), maximum is 30 (2H-hammers). Basic def is 11 (levies), max is 25 (Saxon's elites),
Basic hit points is now 1, and maximum (generals, elites..) is 3.
The number of soldiers per units is as follow:
      - Bodyguards: inf=25, cav=20,
      - Elite: inf=32, cav=18/20
      - Special hvy units: inf= [38-50], cav = [22-28],
      - Hvy units are between 60 to 75 for infantry, 28-30 for cavalry,
      - Levy units are between 90 to 100.
      - Some bonus/malus of number are allowed due to the "ethnical" origines of the units, or the ownership.
      Generals/elite frankish inf changes:
      - Generals of Frankish Kingdoms are now heavy infantry, using spathas and angos (adalingum 's skins),
