Sweat, Guts and Glory

This mini-mod is a universal mod which you can use with all other mods or the vanilla game. The goal is to deliver a battlefield experience that reflects the important aspects of fatigue (sweat), morale (guts) and experience (glory).

Units tire faster during combat and suffer more from low fatigue. Keeping reserve units or bringing fresh units into action can change the flow of battle. Remember, a tired man is half the man he is!

Flanking and rear attacks, surprise attacks, night attacks, overall unit cohesion deliver critical advantage to the smart tactician. Hearts rise when they face the opponent, blood turns dust and saliva turns bile when your comrade falls with a spear in the back.

Survivors of the first clashes of the battle march on! The green units have weak knees. First arrow whistling by, the sound of your sword clashing with iron, standing up to a charge from fearsome enemy cavalry... These are the trades of art for making real man. No other training or experience beats the first encounter with the enemy. Get ready for being baptized by fire!

Can you breathe in fumes of sweat? You have the guts to march up certain death? Are you ready for glory?

i think it's no need for the sweats/stamina&fatigue mod, as vanilla version is not bad

also, think about how computer's BAI don't react/react so slowly when they are on the defense side in battle....
your mod can be a suicide weapon to us if our units have so far distances from the enemy units on the battlefield

I disagree. Vanilla gameplay is weak in consideration of flanking-rear attacking and such. And also in terms of fatigue, units are pretty much invincible. I believe these two parameters will enrich the battle experience. Besides, it also has the experience modification, reflecting first battle experience better.

Of course, personal tastes differ. Thank you for your comments Enjoy the game however you please. I merely suggest another option. I hope you will give it a try though. Perhaps you will change your mind?

i've tried your mod, i like the guts and glory things except that sweats aspect...
perhaps u can separate those 3 aspects into different file so i can choose the one i like?
