Yes, in the book and in the TV series. Arya sees them plotting in the room with the dragon skulls.

Did they meet in the TV series? I haven't seen a lot of episodes, and I can't find the scene on Youtube. If they didn't meet in the series they could be meeting now. (Although I doubt it because it would be too soon)

Yeah they did. Arya chased a cat into the dragon tombs (Where they keep the dragon skulls, like mount said) and she hears/sees both of them.

I really wonder what they're going to do with Shae in the show, I think it more obvious that Tywin will execute her or something (triggering Tyrion's crossbow plot) because in the show Shae doesn't look like the snake-Shae from the books. Also what will be Ross's role in the show!

I think Shae will die in the normal way. It will be a huge shock for the viewers as they thought that it was true love.
As for Ros I think she will have minor scenes were she spies on vertain people for Varys and adds to the plot a little.
