    Default 2 questions

and apologies in advance if they seem stupid:

I'm playing a quite advanced roman campaign (version 5.2 something).

1: I can build a foundry in Arretium but not in Ariminum. Why is that?

    2. City cohort (the 122 men unit with the mediocre stats): what are they good for actually? I mean, for simple garrisoning the vigiles are cheaper and for defending a couple of LCs give more bang for more or less the same buck...?

    1. I believe it requires the Iron resource in the province IIRC.

    2. Stronger garrison for important cities. I thought they were cheaper as well, I never used them though.

I will, once I have finished or lost interest in that roman campaign.

As for now, it seems the iron was the reason for the foundry thing. Must have slipped my attention.

    Thx
