Ok, if you do that I suggest you to post instructions and code rather than an attachment, it will save you work for when the mod will be updated...
About removing arcanii I agree, it can be done and it's 30 seconds work so no problem...
Only thing is that DimeBagHo is currently missing so I don't know when the next official release will be made, for now I'm going to post test files for extra features like loyalty and improved economics, check out the forums in a few hours for a new sticky ;-)

Zarax: About farming: I'm reluctant to reduce farming levels too much because the result will be a lot of AI cities that don't grow. In some ways I think it would be better to develop a system that would allow the player to keep large populations under control but only at considerable expense. the trick would of course be to do this without crippiling the AI.
rayzzz: Removing Arcanii is certainly possible. We haven't hit the point yet where units need to be removed to make room for new ones so the only reason to do it as this point would be historical accuracy.
killmore: The Brits will be the first to go if we add a new faction. It's pretty unlikely that the new faction would be Epirus though. As Zarax said Epirus would be just another Greek faction, with little to distinguish it. One possibility is to use the slot for a rebel faction, if we ever get loyalty working reliably. Another possibility is to use it for a far east faction like Bactria. If the Alexander expansion ever gets released I will certainly be looking to loot and pillage that for new units etc.
Well i have a request. Retraining units. It becomes a real pain sending back specialised troops to the place they were trained, IE Spartan Hoplites. Is it possible to say for example allow them to be trained any were as long as the place meets the building requirements, but say as a penelaty, it costs 3 times as much to retrain them, and two turns? Could represent the fact, that they call in more troops, and they have to ship them there, and then it takes longer to train them due to the distance they had to travel. So that way i can bring the Spartan Royal guard to the end of the earth. It'd be really cool, lol. But at least you can bring a couple of your ultra elite units with you. Expensive to maintain, but a nice addition. Well it makes sense to me. is it possible though?

It's not possible unfortunately, you cannot set different recruitment prices in different places even though it would have been a nice feature...
Also, it would make the game too easy as the player usually swims in money by the time it's possible to train elites...
Locky: As zarax said there is no way to have different recruitment times or costs, but it is possible to have different recruitment requirements in different areas. It would be possible to require the construction of a special building (like a military colony) for the recruitment of Spartans elsewhere. I'm not wild about the idea though. The Spartans never succeeded in transplanting their social system, and they tended to stay pretty close to home.
Making the Spartans inspirational is easy enough, but it would require changing the legionary eagle references to something more generic.
Zarax: Galatians sound fine to me, but it may be a while before I can do much modding. I'm moving to Boston in a month or so, and I'll be pretty busy between now and then.
Plz put spartan archers! It would be so cool! Maybe make heros, or somonething! Like the hero could be general or something............ And maybe ATG SPARTANS could be on calvary. For rome, better legionaires! That would be so cool!

Spartan archers? THey would be completely ahistorical as helots were used in that role plus we already have picked cretans and athenian marine archers to cover the elite position...
For the hero role we already got the royal guard which is a big stretch on itself, plus GCS already got heavy cavalry now...
Legionaries are already overpowered imho, let's not descend into the fantasy realms please...
