But then, if it's used the way I think it is - how could it have longer range than siege weapons?
didnt the parthian composite bow have a range of around 400 feet?
and the onagar would have been close to 1 thousand feet

"Me? Ruin? I'm not the ruiner, I'm the ruinee! Or is it ruinness? Ruinette?"
"She's ahead of the litter all right. The pick of the litter. The cat's pajamas. Oh wait. Why would Applejack take some poor kitty's pj's? That's not very sporting of her."
"More balloons! No, that's too many balloons. More candy! No, less candy. Ooh! I know! Streamers!"
"Oh my gosh. Hold on to your hooves I am just about to be brilliant!"
martin616, the numbers cited for the projectiles are in meter, not feet.
DimeBagHo, would it be possible to implement something in diplomacy that forces another faction's leader to commit suicide like in vanilla with the Senate? Hahah would be fun for role playing to not actually start war but force a puny nation/protectorates to wipe out it's potentially/good leaders.
The diplomacy aspect of RTW is mostly hard coded. There is very little modders can do with it outside of scripts, but there is no easy way to get them to execute Sans force diplomacy, which is already in the mod. And if you are going to use that Diplomacy is rather useless in the first place.
is it possible to do a new provincial campaign with a western and eastern roman empire?

Try Fall of Rome, or "Extended Roman Mod" as I've nicknamed it. It takes BI and gives it a similar treatment that Dime gave to RTW with XGM.
sorry , my mistake. I donīt understand the "or".
I tried Fall of Rome and basically it doesn't run for me - I can't select a faction
Fix the problem, not the blame!

this is not the place , but make sure that you BI has the path 1.6
not sure if you've done this or not or even if it is plausible, but as this mod is focussed on the Greek cities states perhaps it would be a good idea to change the currency to the obol or drachma or even the talent? just something that could be done mabye to improve accuracy, not vital though.
