Has anyone found a way to edit and unlock all Mastery of Arts using the ESF editor? I know this is possible as I did it in both E/NTW

The faction technology node isn't accesible in the ESF editor for Shogun ESFs.

Your only option is to speed up the process to 1 tech per turn, using scripting or altering the technology DB files.
