I heard it was going to actually be set in a pseudo Hollywood.

I don't think they're gonna go back to San Andreas that quick. I think they're smart enough to do something new.
Maybe Chicago with all it's gang wars revived.

    That's Vinewood in San Andreas...

Also, yeah the rumor has been going on for quite a while now. I'd love to go back to SA, so much memories. (It's also quite disturbing that I remember the entire layout of Los Santos, that game was so addicting )

    nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo..................
in my opinion GTA SA craphics (with small improvements) is most suitable for GTA series, but this game is GTA 4 graphics
i rly rly like GTA series, i only hope, that rockstar games will do some nostalgy boost in some time: they COULD make few games (or even 1 huge game) with pre-stories (along with main story (trough game) and after-story) for Vercetti, CJ and that LC guy WITH LCS craphics FOR PC

I would like to see some new locations instead of reusing and updating old ones.

The only GTA Titles that I;ve liked are Vice City and San Andreas, GTA IV for me was a big flop. Hoe they do better next time.

Well I mean just Hollywood (really though that's LA in general).

As for layouts, I remember all of them, except for those areas I seldom visited. Always something new to discover in that game.

I'm inclined to agree. Great shooting mechanics, awesome story and a very fun multiplayer. Not to mention some of the best DLC's available.

I really like the driving mechanics in it compared to previous iterations.

The realer the physics in a game, the more I tend to like it even if the story is unbelievable.

I guess I like to have a realistic world.

Definitely. You know it's funny, after SA I remember defending the cartoon like style and thinking a more realistic take would suck. Then GTA4 came out and I loved it. Then I went to Saints Row which was pretty similar to SA and it just wasn't as fun(but it did have riot mode, R* better fix that).

Saints Row is good, but I have to be in the mood to play it.

That would be nice if it was set in San Andreas. I have found GTA SA to be the most entertaining.

I guess I'm the only one who would rather have a new take on Vice City. :|
