New daimyo always looks the same as the old one
Anyone else have this? It annoys me greatly that when my daimyo dies, the heir's appearance changes similar to his father after becoming the new daimyo. Noticed this first when I killed the Takeda daimyo many times and the new one always looked the same. Then my old daimyo finally kicks the bucket, and his heir magically changes his portrait and map appearance. I even started a new campaign, adopted my general and got my daimyo killed. Same thing.
It's just an aesthetic issue, but I really hope there is a way to fix this.
Also sorry if this has already been discussed elsewhere.
EDIT: OK, so I found an older thread about this, and apparently it isn't a bug. Still, would be nice if this could be changed somehow. I can live with it, but still...

Yeah it is the cost of the re-introduction of the throne room I guess.

You could "justify" CA's decision to do that by saying that it was perfectly normal to take upon your father's armor when you grew up as a samurai. Most will just say that CA was just cutting corners
