Also, I forgot to include a 'Prince Rupert's Command' special modifier for England that comes with choosing the guy as Marshal Sorry for the inconvenience Kip, when you read this please add a 'Prince Rupert's Command' special modifier to your faction with the effect of +1 Command for your faction leader.

Okay, I shall do that tomorrow.
when the union's inspiration through the worker's blood shall run,
there can be no power greater anywhere beneath the sun,
yet what force on earth is weaker than the feeble strength of one?
but the union makes us strong.

    Brigantines only carry two cannons?

It should be 10-12 guns on a brigantine.

I think you're thinking of a Brig, not a Brigantine.

Ok I may have confused them, however the difference between the two is that the Brigantine:
is a vessel with two masts, only the forward of which is square rigged.
    and the Brig is
a sailing vessel with two square-rigged masts.
given that a Brigantine costs near twice as much as a sloop, surely it has to have more than two guns? even with a more powerful hull. Barry's description seems to fit more with the Brig than the Brigantine.

Brigs, according to ETW and NTW, had 26 guns.

Lol, I realize I screwed up with the descriptions, Sloops have 18 cannons despite being weaker than the two-cannon brigantines I'll fix that ASAP, sorry for the inconvenience.

I thought only one turn had progressed...

Well, the game started around the 28th-30th of March (30th being when the event thread went up). That was the start of turn 1 - 1642, each turn begins anew on the monday, so Monday 4th of April was the start of Turn 2, so Turn 3 will start next monday (the 11th of April).

Didn't you take income for last monday?
