Now I realise that given I was away for some while this may seem a little rich, but it seems that there is a waning interest in the whole Writers Study with fewer AAR's and entries in the ToTW. There must be other users of the site who never visit here as well as maybe a need to get back some of the writers who haven't been on for a while.

Are there any new initiatives in content to help in that or increase the advertising? Anyone got any ideas and concerned about this too? I know, RL intrudes but when there are so few active participants, when a few people are absent, it really shows. I'm not having a go at anyone here, just wondering whether there is anything we as content users and staffers can do to help widen the appeal and get back more writers here?

GR and Thrax are putting together a newsletter I think? Not sure, I've been out of town these past few days and not had time to check in.

Seen that and it is good, I guess we need to give that a little while to spread a little magic perhaps.

The WS is in bit a transition phase now and we are currently looking at solutions to improve the WS for everyone. Actually I would like to hear from you guys. What do you guys think that would improve the experience of the WS and get people more active and interested than they are now?

Hmm, that's an interesting "rule"! It explains why there are so many of you blasted de Bodemloze - I always suspected some dodgy rites involving weird concoctions (sardine paste, coconut milk, a drop of tabasco and a liberal shot of neat rum), avian sacrifice and dancing around burning piles of Dan Brown novels, turns out all you needed was to be in content staff

Ybbon de Bodemloze? nah, too weird, just ybbon works for me

Not just Content Staff... WS Staff. I remember when the forum was accidentally made visible to everyone and people were like what the is this forum, not even CD's saw it/knew it was there, it was literally WS LM's and Hex, after that though CD's could see it, so we had to stop all the dodgy rituals.

What about ybbon66? Man we got that wrong a few times.

I'm wondering who even came up with that title. Is it a reference to your drinking habits? Does it refer to the lack of contact of your feet with the Earth due to to them and/or you eluding its gravitational pull? Or is it simply a severely mistranslated attempt to hint at your lack of a rather important body part?

How to translate this? As 'the Bottomless', 'the Soil-less' or (to rephrase the third option) 'the Buttless'?

Or is it possible that your epithet isn't written at all in the language I think it is written in and could mean something else entirely!
