    +1 for giving Seleucids their elite argyraspid infantry, the "Thorakitai Agematos Basilikou" (Thorakitai Royal Guard in english): http://www.europabarbarorum.com/i/un...ai_argyras.gif


    +1 for the use of Alex.exe: AI try to flank you in battles, do naval invasions, then are more agressive: look at this screenshot from my carthaginian campaign, Rome and Macedon seem to be "conquerantly-minded", then Pontos and Armenia reclaimed more and more lands from the Seleucid Empire, which finally collapsed.

    Hi there!

    Just downloaded the mod and I tried to play it. I use the steam version (Rome Total War Gold). I have two directories:

    \steam\steamapps\common\Rome Total War Gold

    and

    \steam\steamapps\common\Rome Total War Alexander

    so I extracted the whole mod folder into the Rome Total War Alexander folder. I copied and pasted this into the set launch options -mod:terrae_expugnandae -nm -show_err -movie_cam -enable_editor -noalexander and tried to start alexander but then I get this error:

    failed to read censored word dictionary file: data//chat_filter.san

    and the games crashes...so does anybody know what to do?

    Hmm.... try copying it into the Rome total War folder and trying your luck.

    A LOT of people are reporting mixed issues when it comes to using either alex or rome.

    If that doesnt work, gimme a shout back and I'll see if I can help.

    Hi Miles Invictus,

    If you remember a question i posted on moddb about the system that prevented allies to betray alliances... It seems you gave up this feature: are you working on it to make it work, or is it impossible due to diplomacy problems? (i know, that's RTW...)

    Fantastic mod, ran into a small bug though. The small settlement llipa below Sicily will cause a crash if I try to launch a siege on the battle map. Battles everywhere else on the island seem to work fine.

    I'll have a look into it; I've besieged the island before and it didn't crash.
