How do you think Japan would be different if this tragic earthquake, tsunami and nuclear reaction disasters happened in the shogun total war times and oda nabunaga was president?

Not this again...
To be honest, I don't think it would be as catastrophic as it is now. What made the Tsunami and Earthquake bad for Japan is the technological reliance we have nowadays. The nuclear power plant is adding the most lasting effect of it all - radiation.
If this happened long ago (and it most likely has), you would probably see a larger loss of life, but the area would still be habitable, imo. It was easier to rebuild back then than it is nowadays.
Takeda would ride nuclear-powered warhorses and try to conquer all of Japan.

I had a tsunami hit the Shimazu home province and it fortunately didn't do much at all.

Bring on the nuclear ashigaru!! With a glowing green aura and everything
Seriously though, I am fairly sure it wouldn't have done much. For a start, no electricity or any other similar devices, it would be much easier for them to pick themselves back up. Also, their smaller numbers would have allowed them to prepare and move much faster. The earthquake itself wouldn't have caused half as much damage due to the lack of concrete and steel structures.
The more complex our civilisations get, the more we risk.
Like said before, devastation from earthquakes was smaller in ancient times because of smaller reliance on technology. Also, populations were MUCH smaller than nowadays. So, the risk of high numbers losing their lives was smaller.
Lissabon once got sweeped by an earthquake and tsunami. but because there were no nuclear reactors in those days, it wasn't that bad.
Stupid thread btw
Oh for God's sake.
"This is the second stupid thing you have said this year, please stop." Imbicilic is not a word. Imbecile-like might be an option, but sounds even worse.
And
"That's very negative."
I hate to be the bloody grammar/spelling/punctuation Nazi here, but is it really that much trouble? I mean it doesn't have to be perfect, but at least try. Also, I am slightly drunk right now.
