move point loss after autoresolves (I think, a bug)

I have observed it several times now. After I win a battle in an auto-resolve, my army (frequently) loses either all of its remaining move points or a good portion of them. If I redo the same battle manually, my army can march on (and catch the retreating enemy).

It seems, like a bug to me.

Looks like abug, I agree.

Or could it be that the loss of movement points is dependent on the time spent in battle? Manual battles generally only take a fraction of the alloted 1 hour. Auto-resolved battles could "theoretically" take longer.

hmm, are move points remaining a function of time spent in the battle? we have the option to play battles with no timer too...
