    Default What's the prerequisite for building Stationary Garrison?

    I'm playing as Macedon and in some of my provinces, I'm having trouble building up a factional government. What are prerequisites for building the stationary garrison government building after pacifying the region? Are there certain buildings that I can't have with going that government route?

    Stationary garrisoning requires auxiliary barracks to be under level 3, this is done to prevent cheating on recruitment.

    Ok, thanks. Darn, I thought I found a way to beat the system.

    Oh and I just want to add, this is an amazing mod and the latest version is a huge upgrade from the last. Keep up the good work all.
