reduce upkeep

If is possible, Upkeep would drop about 25-50% . Hopefully someone can create it.

I will do it as i did it in Empire and Napoleon. Just need to be able to work with DB files in PFM. Hope fully working version will be released very soon. They i jump on my work

Why reduce upkeep, units are nearly cannon fodder as it is... imho *increasing* upkeep will make for a better quality of game

Somebody prefers reduced upkeep to have larger armies and more troops. So why not Sir?

Well there should be no problem to do that aswell not? So i will create probably reduced upkeep mod and others can create increased upkeep mod = everybody is happy
