    do you mean fatigue resistance?

    Fatigue is where men get tired. Tired men are more likely to be killed in combat and are also more likely to rout. As well as this they move slower.
    Fatigue resistance means they tire slower.

    I dunno in my localized version is resistenza that you translate as resistence....
