Woah, damn that's a lot. You should be proud !

I just reached and completed my 100kg benchpress (220lbs) goal . Feels good, now to infinity and beyond!

New goal: By 1:th of June, God willing I shall be able to run 10km under 60min.

I can still do 200 push ups in sets of 20 with minimal rest time after having not working out intensively for almost a year.

I made it to the "states-final" in "Jugend trainiert für Olympia" - Table-tennis with my school team(Youth trains for Olympia, or something like that).

Pretty much kicked anyones ass, till there was a team with 2 people from the 2. "Bundesliga" - That team had an easy game against us.

I feel great now. Last Saturday we were honored for this on the "school-festivity" - I wasn´t there . Was called up several times; but I was a teamer leading the "Firmwochenende".

Read the posts here, I think that says enough... Only thing is last time I had a gym membership I paid $300 and unfortunately didn't follow through.... So now I'm trying to get stuff to do at home so that when I see it hanging around I'll do it. Gonna start running soon after a nice cold Canadian winter...

    Amazing man! Keep it going!

Today, after having recovered from sickness (which lasted for way too long) I ran for the first time.
6:00 AM, snowing, wet and cold. I only ran 4km but the mentality a morning run gives and requires is great to have. Especially when I could have slept to 9AM

Keep it going man! Don't stop Running is great, and I'm glad that you ran around Stone Mountain TWICE. The minimal time difference shows that you're dedicated as hell. Wow!
