Need Help.

Played the game for 2 days without any issue but since yesterday, I couldn't get game to work with message like Steam error....steam server is currently too busy to handle my request, please try again a few minutes later. It's more than 24hrs now.
Tried re-installing 3 times, didd't work.
Finally, uninstalled and fresh install but game didn't install in my comp with interuption from steam message like Validation 100% (same as before when attempt to start game)
Could someone please help me. I'm using Singapore's server. Tried other countries with the same result.

Can you post the exact contents of the error message?

Steam message just pop-up like what I said earlier. Check in Library and game is downloading with no progress. Thanks

Your trying to reinstall it right now, but Steam won't let you download it?

I have no clue myself.
All it said was Validising steam files 100% complete (box) and all files are validated successfully.
Steam servers are currently too busy to handle my request, please try again a few minutes later everytime I tried playing.
Is there anyway I can remove the entire game from steam registry instead of just local contents when I uninstall?
